(PROTOTYPE) Pick Up the Pieces

This game is a prototype/proof-of-concept created as part of my work at TAFE.

Set in the near future of 2049 in Florence, Italy, Pick Up the Pieces is a mystery adventure visual novel game where you’re put in the role of Chiara Rossi, an inquisitive university student and daughter to Ludovica Rossi, CEO of one of the most successful tech companies in Europe, HINTCORP. Chiara’s father supposedly passed away when she was five years old– but Chiara has always had a nagging feeling that she never got the full picture. Now, she’s 20 years old and home from university for the summer, and she’s determined to figure out what really happened 15 years ago. Along for the ride is her only friend, HINT, an assistance android– the first of their kind to be fully completed by HINTCORP. Interact with NPCs and the world around you to try and piece together the whole truth about your family.
